1. How do I Log in to charms?
The simple way is to click the link above that says "tutorial file to Log in." A non descriptive way to log in is:
1. Go to www.charmsoffice.com and click parent/student login.
2. School Code: wvhsband
3. Password: 12th Graders ONLY: full last name, first 3 letters of first name, and birth month and date. EX: bentondon0302
9th/10th/11th Graders: first and last name together... no spaces. EX: donaldbenton
2. How do I read my financial statement?
Read the final number as a bank account number. If it is a negative number then you have negative dollars in your account. Which means you owe that amount. If you look at your statement in detail, most items that are "billed" are items that say "fee" or "dues" and they have a negative number beside them. Most of the money that has been credited to your account will say payment and have a positive number beside it. The best way to look at your band account is to think about how you see your bank account. If you have any questions about this, then the staff would love to show you how it works.
3. Can I update my information?
Yes, we highly encourage parents and students to update their information when needed. Please be proactive in this process because it can cut down on the amount of mistakes for the staff. We use this database for everything.
4. I'm not getting any of the mass emails. How can I get my email on the mass email list?
You can do this by clicking the "Update Info" tab on the student profile homepage. Then click on the "Add New Adult" tab and enter in all the info, including the email address. You can also email Mr. Benton at [email protected] with your email address and he will apply that to your students info.
